I was born and raised in the beautiful Milan, where I attended international schools and grew up in a multicultural environment. I love writing about film and the arts combined with economics, society and politics. In fact, I am fascinated by the ambiguity and paradoxes of written word, and how its power remains that of revealing, creating and sharing truth. In Bocconi, I study International Economics and Finance. If I’m not doing any of this, chances are I’m practicing some yoga !
My name is Magdalena Tsocheva and I’m coming from Bulgaria. I am a second-year student at Bocconi, on my way to obtain a bachelor degree in International Economics and Management. My writing interests include covering topics on trending world problems, community’s interests and travelling.
Hi, I'm Maja, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Cyber Risk Strategy and Governance. Originally, I come from Poland, but I spent the past three years studying in the beautiful city of Copenhagen. Since I was little, I’ve loved writing and storytelling, and in a way, my current path still allows me to explore stories - just from a different perspective. Beyond journalism, I’m passionate about languages and traveling, especially in Canada, where I left a piece of my heart during my exchange semester.
Hello, my name is Malaika and I'm a third year in the World Bachelor in Business program. I joined Tra i Leoni because I want to help bring to light incredible stories from fellow students. I’m a writer for Tra i Leoni and a first-year International Economics and Management student at Bocconi University. I’m Romanian, born in Japan and raised in Austria, with an interest in economics, international affairs, and the ways culture shapes public debate. I’m particularly drawn to stories that connect economic developments to the lives of the people affected by them. Previously, I served as editor-in-chief of my school newspaper.

I'm in my second year BIEM and I'm generally interested in writing in the Arts&Culture and Lenses column as I enjoy the topics of various arts and also writing a bit more abstract pieces of article. I would also love the opportunity to contribute to the issues. I would like you to know that I am very open to different writing tasks, interviews and photography-related jobs and I'll always be glad to help with something additional if needed.
